The idea of offering easy payment mechanism is to facilitate the ownership of dream homes for every home owner in a hassle free manner. Vineet Arora (director of Madhyam Builtech) says, “We always scout for opportunities to make home buying easy and hassle-free. The present scheme in association with PSB Bank will further facilitate home buying for a large number of customers.”
Horizon Concept has recently joined hands with PSB where customer needs to pay nothing till POSSESSION, after paying the first 20 per cent for booking an apartment at ‘IRIDIA’ the residential project nestled close 325 acres of forest.
“In India people prefer to buy home through loan system. Subvention scheme is highly encouraging for customers as they can expect a saving of Rs 2 – 3 lakh on interest cost. It’s a good option as it opens convenient ways of paying off the amount”.
